What happens if four of the most promising young baroque musicians meet to re-discover Europe? You might be able to hold the answer in your hands very soon! With your help we would like to record our first CD and need your support for our pilot project.
Our focal point: the trio sonata as the musical genre which eventually led to the birth of the modern orchestra. Our starting point: Dresden, the glorious capital of the arts in 18th Century Germany
For our debut album we found a few very special pieces that haven’t been recorded yet. We’ll combine two amazing trio sonatas by Handel with works by Fasch, Telemann and Graun. Music that is far too good to fall into collective oblivion.
